When I was just 21 in 1977, I came to Northern California in my VW van and with my girlfriend discovered the area in which I now live. Been living here since 1987 and loving every minute of it. I work in tech as a web developer.

My life is very close to nature and the deer and rabbits around my home are everywhere. I spend my early mornings on my bicycle and lead hikes most every weekend.

My life changed when I fell in love with the mighty Redwood, Sequoia Sempervirens.

Now I'm a docent for Sempervirens Fund and lead hikes on the weekends on their properties.
