Sonoma Canopy Tours Photos
by: Suzi

Hubby Wolf and I recently went on a little tour of Northern California and ended up visiting Sonoma Canopy Tours (actually, we made reservations in advance, which is essential!).

While I stayed firmly on the ground, I managed to document the experience photographically: Ziplining: Sonoma Canopy Tours.

Hey - SOMEone has to take the pix, LOL! ;D

Cheers,
Suzi

Mt. Herman Zip
by: Suzi

Thanks for the report on the Mount Herman ziplines! For those of you who don't know, it's called Redwood Canopy Tours, and here's their website: http://mounthermon.org/redwood-canopy-tours

Hubby Wolf just did the zips at Occidental (near the Russian River) and loved it - very similar to the Mount Herman ones. For pix, see our Facebook page: http://www.facebook.com/discovernortherncalifornia - Sonoma Canopy Tours, http://www.sonomacanopytours.com/

I know he'll want to try Mount Herman next! ;D

Cheers,
Suzi

I just did the zip line at Mt. Hermon in the Santa Cruz mountains. Fabulous! And the guides were really great. Try it out.

See My Comment Lower Down...
by: Suzi

Greets,

Thanks for the latest zip line contribution! This one looks similar to the one my DH did in Costa Rica. I just know he's going to want to give this one a shot!

See "Wow - Who Knew" below for our growing list of Northern California Zip Lines.

Cheers,
Suzi

Here's Another One
by: Anonymous

There's another zip line type ride at Heavenly Ski Resort in South Lake Tahoe. It's called the Heavenly Flyer, and it's a lot of fun for 80 seconds!

I Only Know This Because of My Husband!!
by: Suzi

Greetings,

Truthfully, I'm not a big fan of heights, but my DH is, so I happen to know there's a zip line operating at Moaning Cavern in the Gold Country County of Calaveras.

They actually have two lines running parallel, so you and a friend could have a race!

Cheers,
Suzi
